This is one thing I am absolutely sure I can use the word love about.

It is time to begin my first blog since Live Journal (circa early 2000's). But, instead of writing about teen angst and copying down my favorite song lyrics, I am going to write about food. 
I love food. Everything about food. 
Eating, tasting, smelling, listening, cooking, burning, roasting, grilling, bundt pans, bread making, recipes, crying, shallots, raw food, frustration, tips, experiences, diets, things I wish I knew before I started, books, and occasional critiques of restaurants and around the old home place. Failed crepes, and decadent cheesecakes, joyous taste testers, and my perfected Jalapeno Poppers are few of many ideas, recipes, and experiences I will share.
My first official food post will start with my own beginnings in the kitchen. 
The history, the juice, and why I now can't wait to create in the kitchen every weekend.
